Before getting to the wedding itself, a brief introduction for those that plan to stay at least the full weekend
For those that come from far away… Top
For most of you, the best solution is to arrive by plane to the international airport of Marignane or take the TGV- Méditerranée train. In both cases it will be convenient to rent a car (if you arrive by train) or any other car rental (if you arrive by plane). In such case you will have all the needed flexibility for your movements and eventually discover the region if you wish.
For those arriving Friday 7, the car will help them get quickly to the hotel, a priori situated down town Aix en Provence (cf. official selection). The next morning it will be a pity not to walk around down town. Visit the page of useful links to get hints of where to go.
Those spent Friday night preparing their luggage or on the plane, will find the car is a good way to get to the hotel and rest a bit if you arrive early (and maybe have a peaceful lunch at Aix)
If you can’t arrive early, you don’t have other alternative that follow the map and go directly to Cabries (but you don’t take the home premium at the Monopoly)

They are also buses that link the TGV station and the airport with down town. They stop close to the hotels.

First great moment of the day: THE REGISTRY
Almost at the peak of the sweet town of Cabries, the Mayor will receive us in the City Hall at 3:00 pmto celebrate the civil wedding. Unfortunately not everybody will be able to assist due to the small room with a 20 seats capacity.
Despite that for the moment a retransmission over big-screen is not planned, we still expect you at the front plaza for the exit cheers.
After the corresponding kisses and hugs (girls don’t forget ultra-resistant lipsticks) the gathering will move happily to reach the church…situated… 5 meters below.
Good to know:
There are 2 parking lots in Cabries. If the first one (plane trees) is full you may try another one going higher up.
THE CHURCH
The warm Cabries Church is much larger than the room in the Town Hall (but is still a small one)
Father Heckenroth will celebrate the union at 4:00 pm…Do not get late!

THE COCKTAIL Top
… that will normally start around 5:00 pm/ 5:30 pm (and last up to 7:30 pm approximately)
It will take place at the gardens of Mr. and Mrs Kleiner’s house: Villa Tango 88,

The program: tasting appetizers and elixirs of love, pose for beautiful group photos, philosophy in good company, smell the perfumes of the flowers under sun’s caress…
Alternative program: Glut in the buffet, drink until you lost your thirst, get silly photos, tell nasty stories or get a nap under the sun.
